Project Evolution is a demonstration project for the conscious insertion of technology into community capacity building efforts.  Project Evolution projects include the innovative application of technology to help communities share information and resources. By facilitating this process, Project Evolution adds a technology based dimension to communication and exchange, strengthening community networks. These technology infused exchanges add dimension, trust, and strength to community networks……renewing people, places, and ideas.
